GLENN MAH
CEO

Glenn is an accomplished CEO and COO with over 25 years of senior level operational experience across numerous industries, from telecommunications and Internet services to energy, hospitality and alternative investments. In these roles, he has amassed a skillset with extensive deal making, operations, financial planning, strategy and business development experience.

He was co-founder and CEO of Oculus Holdings, an alternative investment fund. Prior to Oculus, he was the co-founder and COO of First Picks Management, a franchisee of Panera Bread in central coast California and metro Los Angeles. He was also Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at EPIK Communications, Vice President of Business Development at iSAT Communications, Managing Director of Business Analysis at Sprague Energy, and a Strategy Consultant with Monitor Company. He completed his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees at Harvard University.

ANAMALIE MAH
Chief-of-Staff/Controller

Anamalie Mah is an experienced corporate executive with over 15 years of senior level financial oversight.  She was Chief of Staff for Oculus Holdings, an alternative investment fund.  Prior to Oculus, she was the Controller for First Picks Management, a franchisee of Panera Bread in central coast California and metro Los Angeles.  In that role she oversaw all financial aspects of the company, including financing, and financial reporting and control.  Prior to First Picks, she worked as a Senior Analyst and Controller at EF Education, a global travel and educational company.  She managed the accounting and financial data for multiple EF subsidiaries, including Etrav, EF Go Ahead Tours, Hult International Business School, and EF Real Estate Holdings.

 Anamalie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College.

MONA AZARBAYJANI
Executive Chairman

Mona Azarbayjani is a seasoned executive and academic in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced building and design.  She is the founder and CEO of archAlc LLC and an Associate Professor at the UNC Charlotte School of Architecture.

 archAlc is focused on using AI and IoT to create dynamic, smart living spaces using personalized health and body assessments in the building sector to enable context-aware buildings that can enhance the health and comfort of residents.  At UNC Charlotte, she is an Associate Professor at the Integrated Design Labs, Energy Performance Laboratory where she currently teaches comprehensive studios, core building technology courses, energy modeling, and interactive envelope seminars.  Her research focus is on the energy performance of buildings, the study of thermal comfort with new technologies, and climate-responsive building design.

 Dr. Azarbayjani received B.Arch and M.Arch degrees (with highest distinction) from the University of Science and Technology (IUST) Tehran, Iran, and a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in Architecture Building Technology.
